Rebecca Mulira

Rebecca has vast experience in assisting local and multinational clients in corporate finance, corporate governance, tax advisory and general regulatory compliance.

Rebecca has a great understanding of the Non-Governmental Organization regulatory framework and has assisted in the registration of various NGOs. In addition to setting them up, Rabecca assisted the organizations in ensuring that they routinely file annual returns, handle employment issues in line with the law and comply with all regulatory requirements. Rebecca is one of the founding members of “Fenna Tujjune”, a Non-Governmental Organization that is engaged in advocacy for disabled people in Uganda.

Education & Court Admissions

Rebecca was called to the Ugandan Bar in 2021. She holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice – Law Development Centre, Kampala and LLB (Honours) – Uganda Christian University, Mukono.

Rebecca is currently pursuing an advanced LL.M. in Law and Finance at Leiden University, Netherlands.
